Do I have to sign up or register to run with you?
No sign up or registration is required. Just pull up ready to run.

How much does it cost?
Parkdale Roadrunners was and always will be free. Everyone involved does it for the love of running. On the rare occasion we may raise funds through the sale of merchandise but all of that money goes back into the group.

Do you have a bag drop or place I can leave my valuables while I run?
At our Tuesday runs you can store your belongings in our trailer which we keep locked during the run. On Saturdays you can keep your bags in the back of Bather's retail space.

Are there washrooms or somewhere I can change?
Both Stay Gold and Bather have allowed us to use their washrooms. Please respect their space.

Do you have any house rules?
Please do not wear headphones when running with us, help your fellow crew members when needed, and don't be an asshole.

Can I bring my dog to the crew run?
We are quite often a very large group running on narrow sidewalks. For the safety of everyone involved including your animal, we ask that you leave your dog at home.
